Matthew is the founder of NC Media Services, a company that brings together strong client relationships with effective media and marketing strategies. Learning from, and working with his parents, Matthew's work ethic is one of "on time" and "done right the first time". Cutting his teeth in the business world selling radio and television airtime, Matthew worked hard to ensure that his customers expectations matched the campaign results.

Rand is a creative, talented, award-winning Director of Photography with an artistic eye as well as extensive knowledge of the technology and mechanics that go into creating the right image. Detail-oriented, but always able to focus on the big picture and ultimate goal.

Travis Harper is a freelance video editor and videographer with nearly 20 years of television production experience, working as an editor/videographer, photographer, manager, and producer. His expertise spans the fields of sports, feature productions, news, and more. During his time as an editor at ESPN’s worldwide headquarters, he was awarded the prestigious Emmy Award for his work on “College GameDay.”

Beth is the founder and producer at Mainstream Video Production. She has worked with over 50 organizations to create more than 800 videos. Mainstream continues to help business, organizations and causes use the power of video to sell and communicate effectively and efficiently. Beth has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Film and Visual Cultures from Middlesex University in England.

Evan is the founder of Pixel Arranger, LLC, providing design, development, and consulting services internationally for over 12 years. He has a bachelors degree in New Media with minors in both Computer Science and Studio Art from Hastings College (Hastings, NE).
